Service Description

Greenwashing Checker provides automated scanning of web pages for potential greenwashing claims under the EU ECGT Directive (2024/825). Results are informational and do not constitute legal advice.

Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, our scanner cannot guarantee detection of all greenwashing claims. Results should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel. METIS SAS shall not be held liable for regulatory penalties resulting from reliance on scan results.

Free Plan

The free plan is limited to 3 scans per day, 1 page per scan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time.

Paid Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scan URLs you do not own or have authorization to scan; (b) use the service for automated bulk scanning without a Business or Enterprise plan; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Marseille, France.
